Our game, Mathswipe, is distributed and supported through third-party platforms, including the Google Play Store. Robez Enterprises LLC is an independent, privately owned company. We are not a subsidiary, joint venture, or corporate affiliate of Google LLC, Alphabet Inc., or any other third-party distributor or service provider.
When you download, access, or play our game through a third-party platform, that platform may collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with its own independent privacy policies and terms of service. Robez Enterprises LLC does not control the data collection practices of these third-party platforms. We strongly encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy (and the policies of any other platforms or services you interact with) to understand how they handle your information.

TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION
If you are a resident of the United States (“US”), the laws of the State of Delaware, United States shall apply. If you are a resident of any other country, please ensure compliance with all local laws prior to using our Website, App, or Platform. You must comply with our Terms of Use as applicable.
Some terms we use in this Privacy Policy are defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), a data protection law of the European Union. Unless we specify otherwise, when we refer to the GDPR we are referring to the UK General Data Protection Regulation as well since both laws are very similar. Art. 4 of the GDPR gives detailed definitions of the terms we apply in this Privacy Policy.
WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
The types of data we collect depend on the Services you use, and the applicable laws.

WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
Offering our Services
The limited data we collect is used solely to make MathSwipe™ function correctly for you. Specifically we use it to:
· Remember your player name or alias between sessions
· Activate and maintain your MathSwipe™ Pro subscription
· Verify your Pro purchase through Google Play Store or Apple App Store
· Track your remaining Pro games and cumulative pack statistics on your device
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Without this minimal data, we would not be able to deliver the Services you have purchased or requested.
Offering Additional Services
Currently MathSwipe™ does not maintain cloud-based player profiles, social features, or community channels. No additional personal data is collected beyond what is described above.
When future features such as leaderboards, player profiles, or social play are introduced, this section will be updated before those features go live, and you will be notified of any new data processing.
Conduct Analytics and Other Internal Purposes
MathSwipe™ does not currently integrate any analytics platform. No gameplay telemetry, session data, or behavioral information is transmitted to Robez Enterprises LLC or any analytics provider.
All game progress, scores, and statistics are stored exclusively on your device and are never shared with us.
Show personalized advertisements
If you use the free version of MathSwipe, Google AdMob will display advertisements within the game. In connection with this:
Google AdMob may use your device identifier, IP address, and approximate location to serve and measure advertisements
Robez Enterprises LLC does not receive, store, or process this advertising data directly — it is handled entirely by Google
Pro subscribers are not subject to any advertising data collection through MathSwipe
The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with personalized advertising is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You may opt out of personalized advertisements at any time through your device settings. For more information see the Your Rights and Options section below.
Provide a safe, fair experience and take legal matters into account
Although MathSwipe™ is a single-player game with no social or community features at this time, we take the following minimal steps to ensure fairness and legal compliance:
· Google Play Store and Apple App Store verify purchase authenticity to prevent fraudulent Pro activation. This is handled entirely by those platforms
· Google AdMob monitors ad interactions to detect and prevent advertising fraud. This is handled entirely by Google
· Robez Enterprises LLC retains records of these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws including the GDPR
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating a lawful and fair service (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) and our obligation to comply with applicable law (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA?
We may share the information that we collect with the following third parties for the specified purposes:

We may share your information with service providers that perform services on our behalf or enhance our Services. These include platform providers, hosting services, customer support services, analytics services, and marketing partners.

However, if our corporate structure changes in the future, such as through a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or the creation of a subsidiary, we may share or transfer your information to these newly formed or connected entities. Any future affiliates will be required to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
When you use MathSwipe, certain data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States, through our third-party service providers. Specifically:
Google AdMob processes advertising data from free players on servers located in the United States
Google Play Store and Apple App Store process purchase verification data on servers located in the United States
The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country or jurisdiction. We rely on the data transfer safeguards implemented by these third-party partners, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission where applicable. Robez Enterprises LLC does not independently operate servers or cloud storage in any country. All game data generated by MathSwipe™ is stored locally on your device only.

Push Notifications

Opt-out of targeted advertising
You can opt-out of interest-based advertising by following the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting "Limit Ad Tracking." You can also opt-out by turning off “personalized ads” on Apple iOS, "Opt-out of Interest Based Ads" on Android.
You can choose to agree or disagree with the sharing of your personal data to receive targeted ads:
iOS: Choose from the consent pop-up at the start of the game (if you haven’t already generally disabled tracking in your system settings).
Android: Opt out of ad tracking by going to Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
Fire OS: Opt out of ad tracking by going to Settings > Security & Privacy > Advertising ID > Interest-Based Ads
If you would like more information about our advertising practices and your ability to prevent these companies from receiving your information, you can visit Apple/Google's Advertising and Privacy page or the Network Advertising Initiative. Please understand that if you disable or block certain ad features, other aspects of our mobile games may not work correctly.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal data. Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
Right of information: You have the right to be provided with information regarding the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
Right of access: You have the right to obtain access to that personal data in accordance with Art. 15 of the GDPR.
Right to rectification: You have the right to correct your player nickname directly within the app at any time.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): You have the right to obtain erasure of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR.
Right to restriction: Under certain circumstances you have the right to obtain a restriction of the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR.
Right to data portability: Under certain circumstances you have the right to receive the personal data you provided us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right to object: Under certain circumstances you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Art. 21of the UK GDPR. This includes but is not limited to the right to object in cases where we process your personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of the EU of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you feel the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, as set out in Art. 77 of the GDPR.
Right to withdraw consent: If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, as set out in Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Art. 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7(3) of the GDPR. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its withdrawal.

Important: Robez Enterprises LLC only holds your player nickname locally on your device. For data held by Google AdMob or Google Play Store, requests must be directed to Google directly at policies.google.com/privacy.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
To maintain a minimal data footprint, MathSwipe™ and Robez Enterprises LLC do not currently utilize the following technologies or practices:
· First-Party Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or any proprietary telemetry to track your in-game behavior, button clicks, or session duration.
· Conversion Tracking: We do not use Google Ads (formerly AdWords) or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to track "conversions" or to attribute your app install to specific marketing campaigns.
· Behavioral Personalization: We do not use any automated decision-making or profiling platforms to alter game difficulty or content based on individual user profiles.
· Cloud Synchronization: We do not utilize Google Ad Manager or any cloud-based database to sync your game progress across multiple devices. All game progress is stored strictly on your local hardware.
· Cross-Context Tracking: We do not participate in "fingerprinting" or any methods designed to identify your device across unrelated apps or websites beyond the standard advertising identifiers provided by your operating system.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We take the security of personal information seriously. Because MathSwipe™ stores all game data exclusively on your local device and does not transmit personal data to Robez Enterprises LLC servers, the primary security protection for your data is your own device's security including your screen lock, device encryption, and operating system protections.
Security Safeguards
Robez Enterprises LLC does not operate servers or databases containing your personal data. Your game data is protected by your device's built-in security features. For data processed by Google AdMob and Google Play Store, security is governed by Google's own security practices and certifications.
Data retention
MathSwipe™ stores your player nickname and game statistics exclusively on your local device. This data persists until you uninstall the application or manually clear the app's data through your device settings. Robez Enterprises LLC does not retain copies of this data on any server and therefore cannot delete it on your behalf.
Data processed by Google AdMob in connection with advertising is subject to Google's own retention policies, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
To delete all MathSwipe™ data, simply uninstall the application from your device."
Please note that if you have enabled device-level backups (such as iCloud or Google One), a copy of your local data may be stored within your personal cloud account according to your service provider's settings. Robez Enterprises LLC does not have access to these backups.
COPPA COMPLIANCE (FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 USERS ONLY)
Because MathSwipe™ does not transmit personal data to Robez Enterprises LLC servers, we do not hold personal information that can be deleted on request. If notified that a child under 13 has accessed MathSwipe, we will take appropriate steps, including directing the parent to uninstall the application. Uninstalling the application will immediately remove all locally stored data and permanently cease any localized third-party data collection, including advertising requests, on that device.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
All content within MathSwipe, on Robez Enterprises LLC platforms, and within the MathSwipe™ application — including but not limited to game design, mechanics, artwork, audio, graphics, animations, code, and text — is the exclusive property of Robez Enterprises LLC and is protected under the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright treaties.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in whole or in part without the prior written permission of Robez Enterprises LLC. If referenced in another publication, the source must be appropriately acknowledged. Content may not be used in any misleading, defamatory, or objectionable context.
MathSwipe™ is a pending trademark of Robez Enterprises LLC.
